Odette Norman, Sonia Caldwell, and Julia Pallone, offer a selection of one-day childrens art workshops in 2009 and 2010. These fun-filled sessions for up to 12 children, teach arts and crafts skills, creative design and group interaction. Each workshop is priced at €50 per child, and runs from 10.00am to 4.00pm - bring a packed lunch.

Paper Theatre and Silhouette Puppets - Sept 21st 2009 (Julia Pallone)
Make your own miniature paper theatre with small characters to go in it, and write and perform a play!

Build a Dragon - Oct 19th 2009 (Julia Pallone)
Build a large articulated wooden dragon, paint and parade your work!

Mask and Shield - Nov 22nd 2009 (Julia Pallone)
Design and create your own costume, including your own coat of arms. Learn how to build a mask of your own face out of plaster bands, and a decorated shield using stencils of your own designs.

The Skyscraper Lamp - Feb 27th 2010 (Julia Pallone)
This is a mixed media workshop. From recycled boxes kids will produce their own tower building and turn it into a fun lamp; parents be careful, they might not stop building some once back home!! (please bring all kinds of cardboard boxes from home for this workshop : cornflakes boxes, bulb boxes, shoe boxes and so on...we will need loads!!)

Music and Art: Sounds of the Forest - March 14th 2010 (Sonia Caldwell)
Make Didgeridoos, rain-sticks, shoe-box guitars and animal masks from natural and found objects - develop an orchestra and pla music of the forest!
