Kinsale Course Catalogue

Kinsale Pottery and Arts Centre offers a huge range of courses in arts and crafts, drama, creative writing and creative wellbeing for teenagers and adults, designed to suit beginners, hobbyists and professionals, and taught by experts in their fields. We have a history of exceptional quality and value teaching, provided in delightful surroundings.

Group sizes for weekly classes range between 3 and 10 students, while weekend workshops and summer schools tend to be for between 4 and 8 people. We have a policy of providing all the required materials and tools, and for weekend courses we also offer beautiful home-cooked food at lunchtime.

Teachers set the level of the course to suit those attending, usually giving each person individual tuition to suit their own experience level. Beginners courses assume no knowledge of the subject, and no particular skill or artistic orientation. We’ve take students between 14 and 84 years old on these courses, and while the workshops are focussed and ‘full-on’, they are also very sociable.
